here are not many dj..s of this type. dj..s who believed in techno from the first minute, dj..s who experienced techno from the very beginning, dj..s who made techno their own thing. dj..s who found their own style, even more, who developped it over the years, dj..s who..s name is the expression for a specific sound.
alex bau is one of them. but at the same time, there are some slight differences with this guy. why focussing on just one style of music? why only minimal sounds? why only techno? why? if cou can have both... is it related to the fact that there has been a time before techno for alex bau? thousands of records in his collection, different styles, different music, for sure something that leaves its marks, no doubt about it. still he is doing depeche mode- nights from time to time, just for fun, and his activities on techno doesn..t really suffer from that, not at all! with his 5 or even more hours sets at his first resident club in his southeastbavarian homearea, the ?libella?, where for example also dj hell started his career back in the 80ies, he achieved the reputation as somebody who is totally aware of what he is doing, totally dedicated to it and also totally loving it.

he had his own radioshow for over 2 years on a local radiostation, still so far the only technoshow in this area, but after countless gigs at the local clubs time was right to proof that he is also able to play at other places all around. especially the productions together with his friend sven dedek, mainly released under their moniker ?basic implant? or ?electric envoy? on labels like the at this time starting ?fine audio recordings? from chris liebing have hit the technofloors in a very impressive way, so that he was able to collect also international experiences behind the decks while sven was playing live. releases like the ?phase edit ep?, a highly acclaimed and well sold rework of some nitzer ebb ebm classics, or their work for dave angel..s "rotation", justin berkovi..s "predicaments" or pascal feos.. "pv-records" enabled the guys to reach a much bigger audience. finally, after numerous releases for different labels beside his own label ?toneman?, alex released his debut-album ?connected? in late 2004, which immediately draw the attention of many high class dj..s like chris liebing, pascal feos or good groove to name just a few. the fact that these artists, all standing for a different kind of style, grabbed the tracks from ?connected? constantly shows that the name of the album couldn..t have been chosen in a better way.

with starting his own label ?toneman? back in 2000 alex bau also started to his soloproductions for labels like chris liebing..s ?clr? or the montreal based label "default recordings". montreal can be understood as a kind of scale of alex.. dj-activities too! within 3 years he has been booked to montreal four times, his set from the legendary night at ?aria? from january 2006 was even released as a mix-cd ?live at aria / montreal? so that alex came back months later to perform on the releaseparty, once again a night to remember for the montreal technomovement. at this time alex was already booked as the headliner, and its reported by numerous mails and guestbook- entries that it was not a mistake to do so. maybe also as a small, unconscious ?thank you?, but mainly due to a very inspirational night he spent in halifax, where he flew over to canada for just one night, he declared an ep as the ?c.a.n.a.d.a. ep?, which was released on clr in late 2007 and received overwhelming feedback from all over the globe. people desrcibed the tracks ?summer in moncton? and ?halifax funk? as masterpieces of contemporary technomusic which seperates positively from the rest, mainly dominated by minimal clicks and cuts.

but it..s not only montreal, where alex is being booked again and again, there are also other places, which obviously is a sign that he seems to be a guy who understands what to do when standing in front of people and trying to bring the party to the max. clubs like frankfurt..s "u60311", where, among other dates, he was part of the closing night of chris liebing..s legendary partyseries ?es ist freitagaaabend?, munich..s "electric delicate", wurzburg..s "airport", or the legendary "tresor" in berlin are not only the trademarks of german technoclubculture, they can also be found on alex bau..s giglist. japan, braszil, usa, canada, poland, croatia, serbia, holland or the closer austria and switzerland are some of the tourstops on alex.. calender, and no matter where, all over the places people can hear and feel how interesting, versatile and powerful techno can be if you understand to combine minimal and straight techno as a constant up and down. always everything under control while the party is going wild, that..s what alex is always going for.

that..s also something what the crowd seemed to have experienced, so that alex was voted among the 20 best national dj..s on the poll from germany..s leading dancemagazine, raveline, in 2006. after a short intermezzo as an official artist on the highly acclaimed label ?zenit?, that has been the platform for acts like marco carola, adam beyer, the advent, gaetano parisio and many more, he now puts the focus back again on an own platform after releasing his album ?credo? as a sublabel from zenit, which is now ?continued? as his personal artist label with already highly acclaimed releases like ?my bleepy helloween? or ?bullet in your heart?, minimal tunes go together with peaktime slammers in a way that appears obvious and logic. this fact and the music on ?credo? attracts a lot of leading colleagues of alex like chris liebing, dubfire, adam beyer, stephan bodzin or also charles siegling aka technasia, who invited alex to join the worldfamous sino- label by end of 2008 for releases and also bookingwise. the feedback on alex.. music is growing constantly, he turns out to be one the few real technoproducers in 2008 and his decision to focus on only a few, but very powerful and strong releases on labels like clr, sino or credo speaks for itself. techno can do a lot, if you let it do so. that..s the credo. his credo.

Sometimes are small events that change peoples lives. If these events are combined with an amazigly strong passion for music then everything becomes a lot clearer. Gill emerges in 2004 after a his first performance in a well known local club called the Ambasada Gavioli, Isola Slovenia. He starts focusing his performances and his music on a progressive house style, but highlights the fact that his musical choices are not at all strict, but bohemien and very malleable to various kinds of electronic music.
Gill was influenced by the big house names around the globe, and also being lucky to have the possibility to travel quite a lot and experience real electronic music that in some areas is hard to find. People started to recognize Gills name mostly in the local scene. In the meantime, the public relations business starts and after 3 years of hard work, the organisation of small events for Different Grooves begin. After some time the whole project works well localy but also internationally, boasting good engagements with Austria and Slovenia. This is when the Different Grooves agency started, having a hard time at the beginning, but after those first hard steps, has got itself a good name.
"100% electronic music addicted" is not a label, but the only slogan that can be attached to Gill. Written in english since boudaries and language limitations in the music business does not exist, as it is all one big musical country. Gill is sometimes seen as an innovator and other times he is seen as a traditionalist, but the truth is he is always evolving to another level. He manipolates the sound of vocal house, progressive, break beat, funky, techno, electro and minimal sounds, but has a strong bond with this last one mentioned. This slice of electronic music gives birth to Dotliner aka Gill, a new project that focuses on a must of minimal sound. The only thing that divides Gill from the international music scene is his own productions. This has been a fixed thought in his mind, but has not been able to complete this task yet. One thing at a time, as fundamental steps that bring a person to become and artist are in order, and they have to be followed so. This last step is getting closer to Gills cv, and has a good opportunity to bring his talent throughout the globe!

Enrico De Vecchi a.k.a. OldEric was born on February 8, 1983 in Venice, Italy. Music has always been part of his life, having formed a strong understanding and appreciation for it even as a young child. While growing up, he studied the piano for nearly 6 years which formalized his knowledge of music theory. In 2002, he purchased his first computer to start composing his own electronic music. OldEric then started playing out in all known clubs in Venice as a resident. In summer of 2004, OldEric has been elected as 'Best Deejay' during the Vodafone live tour in Italy. In Summer of 2005, he was snapped up at ilMuretto disco, the most important club of northern Italy that guests important producers and international DJs. In 2003 he opened his own recording studio called 'Domestika Records'. Initially, by producing some house and funky tracks Eric became more interested in clubhouse. In 2004 he started to collaborate with dj Brusca at Anubistudios. Here he started some productions useful to sample the market and business of music, in order to get a big success. Now the collaboration gets the right bend and lately outcomes have been coming. The project with Anubistudios is still continuing to make some other productions. Stefano Noferini begins his artistic career in his city-born Florence. With his support, Florence becomes one of the focal points for the Italian and foreign music trends. Luigi Madonna was born in 1985 and yet in 1996 starts his passion for the world of house music . After just two years , 2001,electronic sounds influences lead Luigi Madonna to experiment new sounds . Innovation and experimentation provide him with a pass to many of the Campania's clubs booths obtaining a good success .

2004 is the year of musical turning point, infact Luigi moves his own first steps with musical productions , goal: minimal techno. The field is wide and the musical interest is oriented towards every kind of sound . Old river club represents for Luigi Madonna the official debut in one of the "sacred places" of techno music. For a long time, Slovenia is known for its great electronic parties, but as the local scene is of boutique dimensions, everyone, who wishes to take the art of mixing and producing to a professional level, has to go out there and enter the worldwide scene. Umek has done this step as early as in the middle of the 90s and so he became one of the most important techno players of the global techno scene, even before the end of the last millennium. Together with people, who shared the same views, he successfully captured the first era of researching and recreating the rules of the dance music in Recycled Loops, Consumer Recreation and Astrodisco platforms, which all put the sound of the Slovenian techno on the world map of electronic music. In the beginning of the year 2007, he started a new 1605 Music Therapy - Sixteenofive, with which he marked the beginning of the second era of his music creation.

Through the 1605 Therapy, Umek successfully spreads a mixture of brute alternative sounds on one hand and anthems for the biggest venues of the world on the other. The first group is formed of records such as Ricochet Effect, Another Matter Entirely and Utopia, while the second group includes famous Posing As Me and Carbon Occasions, the two records, which broke the club borders and conquered radio waves, with the accompanying videos played also on MTV. Cooperation with record labels such as Renaissance, Little Mountain, Ultra, Pacha, Armada, constant presence on dozens of radio stations all over the world, Essential Mix, appearances on Primavera, Monegros and Dance Valley festivals, appearances on numerous compilations and constant support of many colleagues such as Sander Kleinenberg, Fergie, Tiesto, Judge Jules, Eddie Halliwell, John Digweed, M.I.K.E. and Carl Cox confirm that the 1605 Therapy is already showing first results. Another proof, we shouldn't miss out, are also good rankings in the Dj Mag Top 100 DJs poll and other popularity contests.

In the beginning of this year, the 1605 Therapy also began a journey in the form of a record label. Thelaunch of the record label was announced on the second day of the >>The Day Of Electronica<< in May, while producer VoRr with his premier release of Outlaws / Project 1.333 successfully prepared the ground for the re-release of the classic Gatex, which came back in the form of a new remix by Fergie. In autumn, Umek went on another tour across the South America, in November, he'll visit India for the first time and the year 2008 will also serve us with the anticipated Umek's new album.

A pioneer by definition is the first one to open roads into virtually undiscovered territory.The career of DJ and producer Anderson Noise is one as pioneer of the electronic music scence in Brazil. Native of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Noise started DJ ing in a slow but steady manner as is the custom in his region of Brazil. Yet he never forget to take the necessary steps to insure total success. In 1989, during the explosion of Acid House on the club scene, Noise started playing around the local circuit in his hometown. With the professional passion for DJ ing, hes noted for saying that, the function of a DJ is to emote the audience or bring them to an emotional frenzy. Subsequently Noise started organizing and producing large scale events in which he could also DJ for as early as 1992.

With a fervor, he opened space for the expansion of the electronic music scence in the capital city of Minas Gerais, which as the time was in an embryonic state locally speaking.

There were more than 40 party events thrown in places like mental institutions, car dealership lots, shopping centers, historic buildings, etc, etc. The Noise Family turned into an institution, as the entire family was involved in organizing and working the events. Mamma Noise, Andersons mother worked as hostess in the events,and Alvinho Little Noise joined in the fun burning up the dance floor spinning records along with Anderson. The first compilation disk come out in 96, "Paralisia Cerebral", when the dream of producing his own records turned into a reality in the talented hands of Anderson Noise.

In 1997 he was invited to include "Shantytown" on "Electronic Music Brazil", the first CD of 100% Brazilian DJ's& Procucers released by Sony-Mercado Mundo Mix.Without fear of expanding his horizons, Noise promoted the first trio electrico playing exclusively electronic music in 1999 during Carnabelo, the off season Mineiro Carnival that turned into a must see perfomance. Without knowing it, he would be acquiring the experience which would later prepare him for a bigger challenge playing on Daniela Mercurys trio electrico during the Salvador Carnival of 2002, giving him huge national exposure in the media.
On the shelves of the great DJs are always something besides records, that being trophy's and awards.In 97', Noise won the Best Underground DJ award for the magazine ,"DJ Sound". In the two times that "DJ Sound" ran the competition Anderson won each time.

Then he won the trophy for the best producer and the best DJ of techno music which was called the "Night Illustrated" award created by Erika Palomino from the newspaper A Folha De Sao Paulo``. The faiscas trophy, an award Noise Won 3 years in a row was offered by the Minas Newspaper, "O Estado de Minas" for those artists that shook up the nightlife in Belo Horizonte and in 2003 he was runner up in the Cool Magazine Awards, Brazils most elegant electronic music magazine.The trophy was given to him in the subsequent year of 2004, as best DJ.

Anderson has always participated in the major national/Brazilian Eletronic Music Events.His presence was felt by all in every edition of the Skol Beats Festival since it's inception,serendipitously closing the 2003 Skol Beats Festival with great fanfare.Noise also participated in the "Electronic Tent" of Rock in Rio in 2000.

It was in this year that his second compilation CD was released called "October", with some tracks produced by his own record label Noise Music. The label started up in 1999 with the intention of bringing music to the world composed and produced by Brazilians. In his own words; We Brazilians always buy music by gringo artists and the gringos in turn never have any of our music``. There has already been great electronic music produced in Brazil of excellent quality waiting to be shown to the world.

In 2001 Anderson became a DJ in residence at "Headstart Night" in the "Turmills Club" of London, integrating a select group of Brazilian DJs that were playing in the UK and Europe at the time. At the same time Noise played abroad he would share the stage with great interational DJs when they would tour Brazil. The must notable of them who was impressed by the mineiro DJ was Carl Cox, considered the greatest DJ on the planet. Carl Cox was impressed by Noise's force of playing the first time Cox toured Brazil. "Anderson is very talented. He played with me sometime before, sometimes after. He also has his own label, Noise Music. Theyre good records, too good to ignore. In the 2001 issue of DJ Magazine, "2001 Top 100", Cox classified Anderson as the future "DJ Hero'.

His third CD compilation came out in 2002, greatly pleasing his Brazilian fan base, "Noise Music Compilation 100% Mix, Anderson Noise". It was released by a major record company,bringing all of the best Noise Music tracks into the form of an awesome set list compilation. It was well received in Brazil as well as in Europe , calling the attention of Trevor Rockcliffe, the owner of Mentor Records, a very well respected English label.After hearing the material, Rockcliffe wanted to release "Voce Mesmo" on his Mentor Label. In 2002 Anderson started up his radio show, ?Radio Noise?, as one of his various weekly programs in his site.

In 2003 Anderson was invited by "DJ Magazine", the worlds most respected publication dedicated to electronic music, to produce his fourth CD, "DJ World Series, Anderson Noise". In a series of 5 records that the magazine released, where each DJ, representing a different continent would make a record representing his continent of origin, Anderson was chosen to represent Latin America.

From then on Noise's international career kept growing steadily.He has participated in the biggest international festivals: Homelands, Dance Valley, Creamfields, Sonar, Exit, Rock in Rio Lisboa, SAMC, Knebworth Ministry of Sound, etc. His presentations around the world have given him the opportunity to play in various countries such as; Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, England, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Japan, , Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Scotland, Serbia and Montenegro, Korea, , Switzerland, Thailand, United States, Uruguay and Venezuela. Noises CDs, records,and DVD's have been released by international labels such as AFULAB, Audio, Circle Music, Desaper Here, Eukatech, Jericho, , Lo Kik, Mentor, Missile, Molecular Pild Primate and and are being played throughout the world.

In 2005 Noise created TV Noise together with ?Toro Productions?, including weekly programs from the DJ?s perspective showing clubs,parties,and festivals in Brasil and all over the world. After having played in Tokyo,Anderson entered into a partnership with ?Womb?,considered the second best club in the world by MIXMAG for presenting annual tours in Brazil and Japan.

Noises fifth CD is an innovative one for the Brazilian public called, "Anderson Noise Live @ Skol Beats 04". It is the first electronic music CD recorded live by a Brazilian DJ during his gig at the Skol Beats Festival which is the biggest electronic music festival of its kind in Latin America. In Andersons never tiring mode, he released shortly afterwards the first DVD from a Brazilian DJ, "Brazilian Love Affair",that accompanies Andersons club/gig- circuit in many different states/regions of Brazil in which he is resident DJ. As far as Noise is concerned, there exists no limits that can't be surpassed.

In 2006 Anderson Noise for the second time closed Skol Beats,the principal electronic music festival of Latin America with great acclaim. This year he was ranked in the top 100 DJ?s,coming in at 79th place by DJ MAG.Currently.

In 2007 Anderson Noise returned by putting the Brazilian name in the top 100 most popular DJ's of the world ranking by DJ Mag. This time he ranked in at 54.He also had his composition "Homem-Cachorro" played in the movie soundtrack of the film "O Passado", by the renowned Brazilian director Hector Babenco.

In 2008 the DJ released 9 EP's and was invited by the Spanish club,"La Terrazza", to compile his own annual CD that involved the German label "Circle Music".Noise returned to the Top 100 DJ's of DJ MAG again this time coming in at 26,being the only Brazilian DJ to place in the top 100 3 years in a row and that scored the best rankings until today.

In the first week of 2009 Anderson Noise released his second DVD,The"Connection 1969",the first documentary about a Brazilian DJ. He put this together with his 7th CD compilation,"NOISE CONNECTION", that entails his own productions,remixes,and unreleased mixes. In this same year Noise's DVD was shown at the 10th edition of the FILE International Festival of Electronic Language. Anderson also was elected for first place in DJ MAG Brazil's ranking of the no.1 DJ in the country!

Alfred Azzetto is one of the most respected and leading figures within the Italian House Music scene and beyond throughout the world as both a DJ and producer.
Born and raised in Italy, his experience within music stretches back over 20 years to the Eighties where he launched and established his international profile around the globe.
At the height of the 90s house boom, Alfred was offered a residency at three of the leading Clubs in Italy, namely at Muretto, Movida and Matilda (Jesolo - Venice).

Having been in the business for 15 years, DJ Onirika has been setting new standards in the Italian music scene. She can be undoubtedly considered the most important and the most talented female DJ in the country. Her career started during ?90 when she began to take part to rave parties which took place between Trieste, her native Italian city and Slovenia. Since her very first steps, she showed great musical taste, impressive technique and a nice style. Her fame grew fast, and even faster when she decided to move to Rimini in 1998. She quickly became resident DJ in the most famous venues in town, such as Classic (well known for its afterhours parties), Ecu, Echoes and Peter Pan. Onirika has recently entered the world of music production: her first record, "I Can't Stand", produced with DotDj, was released on LDU Records/9rec is still getting great feedback and rotation by some of the most famous electronic dance music DJs around the world. She?s working at Discopiu DJ Shop in Rimini, the most important in the country, and she's demonstrating for Roland Italy, for Groove Gears equipments. In 2000 and in 2001 she has been the only female DJ to have run for Bybloscar, Italian award given to nightlife representatives. The colleagues that she most appreciates and that have decidedly influenced and contributed to her professional training, have also become her great friends: Stefano Greppi and Andrea Doria, people that she respects for their great professionalism and musical quality.

2004 was also the year of the "Club Revolution" Compilation (reprinted in 2006), which she mixed alongside the upcoming Italian talent Jonny20. This compilation was innovative as the first Italian progressive-house compilation, getting enthusiastic reviews on magazines such as Live, 365mag.com, Soundrevolt.com and Disc-Jockey.it. She also produced and mixed the first Italian digital compilation: Land Digital Under sold on EDM Digital Records. On November 2005 has been released "Lost In Tokyo", with her own vocals and a powerful remix produced with Andrea Doria for Freddy Mayers aka Fedex's single.

Onirika is really a true D.J., with a technique and a musical selection that countersign her for a long time. In Italy she's the only female DJ to propose alternative house music at the maximum levels. Being raised in a musical family, in his early days he was a student of 'Mascagni Music Institute' (a fully respected italian music institute) where he played the violin and later on changed to guitar and double bass. What is Humantronic ?
Just something simple that sounds like his music, and, needless to say, something that sounds just like him... Frederic Alvernhe has made a career that is part and parcel of his personality. Today, this composer-producer-jock comes up with a very personal project, a moving to Berlin and a label (Neopren) set up with a few European friends. Their debut EP features James Taylor (Swayzak) and Cabanne. Some highly specialized material indeed, but miles away from a passing fad. Far ahead.

But what happened before ?
Before, it1s a long story of rhythmics. Starting in high school where he played the rhythmic guitar in his first rock band until, awe-struck, he discovered rave parties in the green English countryside, Fred would not rest until he finally took the plunge, round about 1997, when he started playing under the hippy name he was known forS Yet, it would be wrong to reduce the character to a mere peaceful image, even though there are logical affinities with trance and psychedelic culture in general. He is, in fact, more than anything else, a true child of that 90s legacy : the musical crossover.

If you want proof, take a look into his flight-case, or check out his open-minded techno : his route is that of a true musician. At the end of the century, this completely self-taught artist had several tasks in hand : he accompanied on the bass guitar his DJ friend Steph d1Elisium, composed and created music for plays (Au Pays des Hommes1, Theatre Toursky) in which, for the first time, he carried out a fusion using both computers & instrumentsS That was the start, and there?s no stopping him now, as you can see in Two Heads On, an electro-jazz side-project.

It's not unusual to put a kid behind the piano at the age of six. But when his peers where still learning to play Bach and Chopin, Hague (NL) born Jan Jakomin was already introduced to the art of jazz improvisation. So it?s kind of natural he acquired a healthy taste for fresh, modern, weird, provocative music, poetry, movies, design and other art expressions. ?I guess this explains how I got involved in the electronic dance culture. I was, and still am, attracted to everything new. I noticed this stuff on some Italian radio stations even before the rave phenomenon hit Slovenia. I got hooked as I learned more about the music and the whole movement. I spent countless nights recording tunes from Italian radios on cassettes and listening to them on walkman on a way to school the morning after. But as this was well before the euphoria hit our home turf, I was considered weirdo who listens to some strange music, by most of the other kids.?

Moving to high school it became easier for Jan to find soul mates. Especially after Ambasada Gavioli club started to operate in his school backyard. ?This is where the whole generation of young people got in touch with the scene. At the age of 15 I became flyer-boy and got to know then resident deejays Umek and Valentino Kanzyani and they are still two of my big role models. This was back in 1996. The year after I teamed up with Andrew Technique and Alexander Madness, we bought our first gear and started mixing records,? remembers the time when he became DJ Ian F, now already mature and established, but still very fresh sounding genre bending artist. ?Gavioli was also the place where I got my big chance and spent the next eight years as a resident deejay. I?ve fine-tuned my knowledge of every angle of club culture: from performing, programming the set, to booking, sales of drinks and other aspects of party-organization. And I got in touch with some of the leading artists as they performed in the club on the regular basis.?

At the end of the century Ian F became a resident deejay of the Sub Sub club in the Slovenian capital city Ljubljana and was hand picked by Valentino Kanzyani to open or close his now legendary all-night performances as a support deejay. That gave additional momentum to Ian?s career, and he became regular performer at leading indoor and outdoor raves in the region and shared another residency with DJ Psiho at the Colosseum in Opatia, Croatia. Psiho also introduced him to the art of music production and they've released two joint ventures on Annuaki Records.

Markantonio is a professional dj since he was very young, starting with acid house and now a master of techno, one of the founders of the Neapolitan techno style.
After years of successes, releasing on renowned labels as Recycled Loops, Shake rec, Tortured, Conform, Superbra and played with all the best techno wizards of the world, Markantonio has had an artistic evolution in the last years, in particular as a producer, always looking for brand new sounds in his live performance side by side with wellknown artists all over Europe.

Jalebee Cartel has challenged the notion that dance music is a Western domain by single-handedly putting India on the international EDM map. Composed of four members, Arjun Vagale (laptop, mixing and scratching), Ashvin Mani Sharma (laptop and synths), Ash Roy (vocals and percussions) and G-force Arjun(bass/synth-lines), Jalebee has been taking India by storm for over three years. From individual DJ sets to collective live gigs, producing to composing, the multi-talented group pretty much does it all. And the quality is evident from the international interest it?s amassing. Ashvin, Arjun and Ash were successful independent DJs prior to forming the Cartel, and they bring varied influences to the mixing table. The live act features Jalebee?s own compositions, which are broken up, twisted and served fresh with ethnic sounds thrown in for good measure. But it?s a funky, international sound that?s unlikely to be recognized as Indian.

By generating a live set from electronica, they?re breaking certain boundaries particular to Indian audiences. The live element creates an extra edge, one that?s constantly changing and evolving. The result is a potent, energetic livewire of influences from progressive to techno to electro, overlaid with live vocal harmonies, percussions, drums and tablas. Jalebee?s sound isn?t about neat packaging: it?s about fusing genres to create a raw, electric style of urban dance music. "It?s true. I'm an art junkie,? admits Andrew. ?When I was a kid people thought I?d become a successful painter, actor, singer or whatever. But it was the music that attracted me the most for as long as I can remember. In business I believe in professionalism and dedication, but when it comes to producing and performing music I indulge in being lead by my feelings. And I?m very emotional. I can get goose bumps or even a tear in my eye listening to some great piece of music. I?m not ashamed to admit that. I do listen to the comments given by my friends and people that I personally believe they are credible critics. I respect good-intended critic, but I got where I am today mostly because I decided so and worked hard to reach some of my personal goals,? summarizes his career Andrej S?arkanj aka Andrew Technique.
Although as a master of his own destiny he almost abandoned his dream not so far ago. ?Let?s just say I came to the major life-crossroad and had to decide what I wanted to do with life: I could have ended my music career right there and then or choose to channel all my free-time and energy into production and promotion of my own vision of dance music. It never was, and still isn?t, all roses. But now, that I finally get the positive feedback from the right people I?m happy I decided not to quit," explains Andrew with a tiny sparkle of satisfaction in his eyes.

He made some big steps in 2007: he produced bunch of great fresh sounding tunes, his records are now being regularly played by the top deejays such as Umek and Valentino Kanzyani, some of his tracks were already broadcasted on BBC Radio 1 ... But, regarding the strong competition, Andrew is aware that just a few of good releases will not bring him much. So he doesn?t rest on early successes: "Dedication, sustain quality of releases and a bit of luck are key elements on which I build my future as an artist.?
It?s been more than a decade since he developed a passion for 4x4 beats. ?I used to be into guitar music. I learned to play the piano, I joined the garage band as a teenager and I grew up on hardrock and metal,? smiles Andrew on not so distant memories. ?During the high school period I came in touch with other genres, widened my musical spectrum and finally turned in totally different direction. I started listening to electronic stuff, learned how the music is selected, performed and produced and in a few years established myself as a tech-house deejay." Although some could label his sound more like unique mixture of minimal, electro and progressive elements. "We leave in a time of genre blending, so it?s hard to label one?s sound, anyway,? admits Andrew. "But those who follow my work do know I?ve always had a strong passion for organic African rhythms."

And how did he get his name? ?Andrew was an obvious choice, just a translation of my civilian name. And I choose Technique since I was always very handy with stuff, I still work in a computer shop, MacGyver is a big hero of mine and the name also reflects what I do as an artist.? And the influences: "I listen to a lot of music and I got inspired by a lot of great artists along the way. I try to find something special in every piece of music and all musicians are mentors to me in a way. But the most important influence for me as an artist was and in a way still is our local super club Ambasada Gavioli. It was the place where I was introduced to electronic culture and where I experienced some great performances of leading global deejays.?
Andrew is also known as a ?very friendly artist?. He's a member of SDJF initiative that is dedicated to constant development of the local electronic club scene and supporting young artists. And when he's not performing on his own, he abuses decks and comps as a member of Foreplay!, R&S and Parallel Fusion (live) projects: "There were also some others, but this things come and go and only the best stay. The basic idea behind collaborations is to get together with other artists, develop and share ideas or blend genres. And it's always more fun producing and performing music with other people than on your own."

As a producer he gets all the help he needs from his musical guru Tomy DeClerque. He established his name as part of Tomy or Zox combo on the house scene back in the 90's and is now successfully running his own studio that is second home to some of the hottest young producers in the region. Tomy and Andrew debuted on Kanzyani's Jesus Loved You label with the Obala EP in late 2007. Tomy also remixed Fresh which was included in Umek's Essential Mix and released on Circle Records: "Studio is my favorite place for spending free time. I go there most of the days and I try to channel my ideas, thoughts, wishes and feelings into the music." And since he's very passionate guy, there's a truckload of new records with Andrew's name on it planned for release in forthcoming months. "I'm already well established artist in the region, so now I'd like to spread my sound trough the rest of the Europe and elsewhere. There are many challenges I'd like to take, but the ultimate would be performing on another planet. I'm not kidding. I believe this is something I could achieve as anartist, so don't be surprised if you get a postcard from Mars or Venus someday."

This was his first appearance behind the Consolle. His first real gig was 2002 at the WOODOO LOUNGE where he mixed rhythms to the likes of CHILL and LOUNGE....to then finish using a mix of CHILL HOUSE SOUNDS. After his experience at WOODOO, during the year 2003 he flew and lived in Ibiza...it was there that he discovered new DJ's and most of all new sounds.
After mixing at various private after parties on the Island he then returned to Italy where he became Resident on Thursday nights in the Privee' section at CLOCK mixing various "chill out" Rhythms and touching just the tip of sought after Deep House. He becomes the Founder of the annual event BEFORE AND AFTER TEA IN THE MAGIC MUSHROOMS HOUSE which took place for the first time in June 2000

His gigs included many appearances behind the console in the privee lounge section of the very well know Friday night organization called MUCCASSASINA at the Club QUBE in Rome where a more uplifting sound of House music prevailed. He also found himself behind the Console of the well know Roman club ALIBI on December 1st 2004 for the world fight against Aids event. 2005 saw him resident DJ at THE LUX in Italy where alternating between Deep House and psy-Trance was the mix that kept clubbers dancing all night long. he still mixes at the best weekend afterparties in Rome dedicating himself to rhythms that push one hard yet applying timed rhythmic melodies to compensate and uplift.

Rino Cerrone was born in Naples in 1972. His spirit of adventure already brought him in a youth age to take part to the national motorcycle competitions, getting good results. But evidently his objectives went beyond of the motorcycling and his passion for music immediately grew up. It was in fact at the end of the Eighties that Rino started to get in touch with musical reality that contributed to the formation of his actual style. In the adolescent age he participated to the punk and rock concerts around Italy, and he started to draw near to the underground scene of squatters and illegal parties. He was fascinated then by new sonorities proposed by groups as Orb and Future Sound Of London, whose dreamy and chill out atmospheres immediately, captured his attention, and they increased his curiosity toward electronic music.

From Psychic Warriors of Gaia to Zoom records, from Autechre to Richie Hawtin, Rino lived the first ?90s in their best mystical-creative fervour. Naples shows itself careful to the new international ferments. Paul Daley, Darren Emerson, Derrick May, Dave Clarke, and lots of other, already played at least one time in his city. A chasing thirst of rhythmical weavings and sonorical daps became inevitable. Rino lives the pioneering parties by Ivan & Susy, and frequents the after hours from Space Race, soon becoming resident DJ.
Intrigued in the productive element of dance music, he purchases in 1995 a second hand Juno 106, starting the construction of what is actually his recording studio. A significant experience in the Q-Men group makes his debut in 1997, with the publication of the first record X phase up, on Marco Carole?s Design Music. Soon after Speaker Attack, Phont Music, Relentless and Primate follow. In 1999 ho registers his own label Rilis records, whom first two numbers made it one of the most prestigious labels in the world techno panorama.

In 2001 he releases excellent ep as Back To The Basics, (Genetic); Convert Filter, (Terminal M); Reset ep, (SAW Recordings), Symmetric ep (Zenit). Between 2002 and 2004 tracks are been published on Orion, Analytic Trail, Sketch, Kombination Research. Many remix: First Step (Isoghi) Subractive Synthesis VI Remixes, (Synewave), Recreations (Kombinatoin Research), Contact ep (Funktion Records), Club System 2005 (Sony BGM Music Entertainment) to mention some.
The appearances on compilation and collections are several: ?DE 9 Closer to the Edit?, (Minus)?, which contains together with other works by Rino the famous ?Optical Way?, also present on ?Relentless Beats? vol.1 e 2, on ?Vision?, for ?Combined Forces?, and on Cristian Varela and Tony Verdi compilation ?Salon de Mezclas? for ?Serial Killer Vinyl?. Moreover: Yul Records; Eukatech, XXX Records, Music Man Records, Clubstar, ZYX, Subliminal, Intec, MIxmag, Ovum.

From 1999 to 2003 Rilis produced 10 hi quality releases, which soon made it a cult label, with represses and impressive sells. In 2004 was born the Special Edition project, a collection of the very best minimal techno tracks, with his unmistakable style. Plus the new Rilis RMX project, born in 2005, where international artists remix the last 7 years Rilis hits. The same year a brand new label project: Loose Records. The label has the goal to produce and promote joung talents.
Rino Cerrone spins since 2000 in the world best festivals and clubs. He has played in big events such as: I Love Techno, Innercity, Awakenings. Form Japan to South America, his schedule is always busy. His dark-funky style and his excellent DJ sets, make him gain consent all over the world.

Nina Hudej a.k.a. Huda (born 1983) had her first contact with electronic music in the 90's, when she started recording, collecting and listening to different kinds of dance and electronic music. Her first encounter with the mixing table was in high school, where she performed as the DJ for the school radio. In 2005 she attended a DJ school, led by a well known Slovenian artist DJ Jaka in Club Lipa, where she got to know different DJ techniques. After this, she bought her own equipment and started mixing vinyl and also CD's. Her prefered sounds then were vocal house, electro house and trance. In 2006 and 2007 she made many successful apperances in Metelkova city.

In 2007/08 she studied and finished MSc Interactive Multimedia in London, where Music Production was a part of her studies. In this year she made her first production of different digital instruments, sound effects and also produced her first track for a video clip. Since then, she appeared on a well known event in Ljubljana ? City of Women, made many performances in Metelkova city, Club K4 and organized a DJ school with Miss Housewife. She also organizes DJ events in Cafe Open and encourages women's participation. Today her DJ sets contain elements of minimal, progressive and techno house. Besides Djing, her passion is also production, and in November 2008 first single was introduced to the public in club K4 (Huda feat. Mojca Krevel-Did you Know it too?). More singles are coming up in 2010.

VICTOR discovered his passion for music since he was a child, taking private lessons until he started to study cello and piano at Music Institute of Udine (Conservatory). Teenager, he discovers his love for electric guitar and then left the environment of the Conservatory, often too much closed and blunted. The passion for Electronics was born in the late 1990s. Since 1997, he started to produce music with the computer, using software sequencer, sinthetyzers and samplers. Over the years he has played and continues to play with bands, as a guitarist and keyboardist, that playing the bass. In theese last years he has closed to North European techno music, beginning his career as a dj-producer. Together with some friends founded the minimal_contemporary, a small electronic music label.
Currently he is working on several fronts, as a musician and dj-producer, with some works on artistic projects as well as sound designer.

Aneuria, young Dj and producer based in Ljubljana, member of Valentino Kanzyani?s Jesus Loved You music family, is still quite fresh name on the scene. He started his creative ventures as a house deejay, but soon realized that his interests grow deeper into all genres of music. His talent and endless passion for music were first noticed by his friend and one of the original electronic music pioneers - DJ Veztax. Without prejudice he backed him up and invited him to join the Interparty crew. Since then Aneuria became regular in the clubs and festivals in the Western Balkans and central Europe. Aneuria teamed up with a well known Serbian deejay and producer Dejan Milicevic.

The result of their labor was record titled Zivko Style Dezela which was published on Veztax?s Vezotonik Records. This release gave additional push to Aneuria?s productions and soon labels such as Console Music, Behold and Bondage started to back him up with the releases and deejay bookings started to heap up. In the early 00?s Aneuria and his then producing partner Mexx founded a Muzika-Eclectica platform. It was designed to spread their eclectic point of view to the clubland.

Their combos reflected minimalistic approach to techno and were crowned with the success of Los tres puentes, a great summer record that touched the souls and feet of revelers all over the world. Responses from producers and deejays around the globe were excellent and Aneuria got motivated for further work. After parting with his partner in crime Mexx in the early 2008, Aneuria got seriously involved in Jesus Loved You project as independent artist, clearly focused on his new vision.

Jernej Graj aka Gray, born in Slovenia in 1979, shoved his predisposition for music even when he was a child. By the time he was seven, he was playing guitar and drums while attending Music School. Finally, he discovered electronic music, which remains one of the greatest passions in his life. His first DJing experience in 1999 opened a whole new world to him and eventually led him to become a professional DJ persona. While performing all over Slovenia he developed a distinctive style and unique personal techniques, which in 2002 provided a ticket to first international performances. So far he performed in Macedonia, Belgium, Spain, Germany...

Being more than just a ?spinner?, Gray quickly recognized his love for music production. He soon succeeded in getting his work published for the first time by Finnish label Fak Records on a Various Artist EP, soon to be followed by his first single EP, released by the highly respected label, the one and only, Force Inc. Music Works from Germany in 2002. These achievements are but a proof of genuine enthusiasm for music production and his hard work. It became his growing desire to introduce techno sound with something new and completely different resulting in a cover of a traditional Serbian/Macedonian folksong ?Ajde Jano?, where lyrics were interpreted by Celtic singer Talitha MacKenzie (USA/Scotland). The song was released by Invasion records from Belgium, an excellent brand owned and run by the legendary DJ & producer Zzino. ?Ajde Jano? also lived to be remixed by several younger producers, such as Adam Jay, Flash Golden and Bjorn Bommersheim.

As his music evolved above techno and his electronic sound skills matured, he started to incorporate electro and house sound into his work. His efforts were immediately complimented and praised by Billy Nasty. The first EP resulting from this spectre called ?Eletronuet? was released in early 2005, published by the promising XL Recordings sub label Platinum Projects (UK) under his real name Jernej Graj. Simultaneously, his professional success continues with more releases in various genres on labels: Highland Beats (techno), Yin Yang (techno), Evolved Records (electro), *Cutz Records (techno), Evopro Recordings (breakbeat), Advanced (electro-house), Kazoo (electro-tech), Techment / Mixtape (techno), Sucasa Beats (house) and his own techno label called Audionautica and house sub-label Audionautica House Recordings.

His tracks were remixed by artists: Pedro Delgardo, Elton D, Miche & Mirzinho, Section One, Allan Banford, Greg Kobe, Psm & Kinetic Soul, Max Cooper, Adam Jay, Flash Golden, Digital Soul, Reflex and more, while one of his tracks was currently futured on new mixed CD from techno pioneer, inventor of remixing - Kevin Saunderson (May 2007) and more tracks on other compilations (Pedro Delgardo - Digital Lifestyle (Yin Yang Records), So Intense! - Volume 1 (RockitWave8) - mixed by Deekron)!

Joseph Capriati, begins to approach the world of dj-ing in 1998 at the age of 11 with the passion for hip hop and classic house. From 1999 to 2004 he performs in some clubs in south Italy and supports various international dj's growing musically and converted to music that will transform him totally: the techno! In 2005, begins his interest in the music production, the desire to create their own music and to play it.

He began to learn the use of music-programms in a recording studio of his friend until does not buy his first sound card and midi keybord and begins to work on their own. During one year can release its first tracks. In 2006 becomes resident DJ of the new club "underground" of his city ', "DISCO SEVEN" where perform with some best DJ's of techno scene and here knows the owner of the GLOBOX, who decides to release his first vinyl named "Formaldehyde" with the side B entitled "Microbiotik" that will take a great success and will be played by DJ's like Richie Hawtin, Magda, Paco Osuna, Davide Squillace and many others ....

Ales Furlan alias F.Sonik became involved in electronic dance culture on account of one very innocent occurrence in his youth. And it?s a sole fault of his brother that he ended taming the decks, mixers and effects night after night. ?It all started when he brought home some studio mixer and Akai sampler,? remembers F.Sonik ?Just a few days later I knew I wanted to produce electronic and become a deejay and I was hooked ever since. I started gathering information about the scene, artists, clubs, music and the whole electronic movement. Living on the Slovenian Riviera it was natural to be influenced by Ambasada Gavioli club as I started attending Valentino Kanzyani?s matinees and performances of leading electronic artists on the regular basis.?

It was his friend Alessio who helped him with the first steps: "He was caught by this bug well before me, so he already learned to mix and could thought me a thing or two. I still remember how I use to hang out at his parents house everyday struggling to beat-match the records. And after I started performing he even lent me his records." Shortly after that they teamed up for the live performances. "We've named ourselves Ghettotek. Alessio was mixing the records and I was in charge of putting in some effects. This way I got to perform in most of the hip Slovenian clubs even before my solo career really took off."

Thriving on a strong and globally accomplished techno heritage Slovenian electronic scene is still heavily directed by techno. But being influenced by the Global Underground music philosophy F.Sonik dared to go where only a few artists in the region dared before him ? he decided he will combine the techno heritage with melodic progressive sounds: "Even Umek was there somewhere, but as he was pure techno deejay back then and I was more into progressive stuff, it were the likes of Sasha, Deep Dish and Steve Lawler that have inspired me the most," admits the young artist.

F.Sonik successfully transferred his unique vision of dance music, built on techno and blended with some emotionally rich proggy landscapes, into his own tunes. As a producer he gained the most attention with the track titled Something New, which he produced in collaboration with his musical guru Tomy DeClerque. ?We?ve connected really good in the studio, so it was a really good feeling when Umek supported our first track including it in his Essential Mix even before it was officially released. That really inspired us and we already work on a bunch of new tracks,? announces F.Sonik. Additional acknowledgement of being on the right path was the fact that they won Vonyc?s remix competition for Kanzyani?s Nueva York which will be re-released in 2008 with some great new remixes.

As a very dedicated member of SDJF ("it only matters there's a party") initiative that is directed in helping local artists with their first steps and development of club scene in the local community, time is not a luxury when it comes to F.Sonik. But he is dedicated, he has his vision and knows how to persue his dream: "For the time being I'll focus on promoting my name and sound in the nearby countries. I'll probably get involved in some more production and remix compatitions as this way I can get some feedback on my work from the people that are directing the trends in the industry. I also wish to stir some more attention with my forthcomming productions. The competition is thought, but I since some of my tracks are already signed to some hot labels I expect a lot of forthcomming months. Although I'd be willing to take some remix orders since this stuff ususaly results in bunch of bookings."

A DJ since ?96, beginning his career at many of the UK?s major dance events (at clubs such as The End, Magna and Camden Palace) and one of the original Mixmag ?Future Hero?s, Jon has been a regular at some of the most exciting clubs and events of the era. Fusing Techno, House, Breakbeat and pumping Progressive House together, Jon?s unique and diverse blend of sounds has won him many admirers globally, by subtly pushing new music onto people whilst keeping them firmly on the dance floor. 2006 saw things really take off for this rising talent, having played at many of the major dance festivals across Europe including Dance Valley, Global Gathering and Sonar to name but a few, as well as regular dates across the UK.

In 2006 Jon accepted the position of running the world renowned Intec Records on behalf of Carl Cox, taking the label into new musical directions and expanding on what the label had already built. While running Intec, Jon?s DJing schedule continued but being in this position helped Jon expand on what has been a success in A&R within the label as well as work on his own productions.

By night, Jon works in his studio, his production outputs are many and as in-demand as he is as a DJ. Jon has remixed tracks for Cox?s latest artist album ?Second Sign? in both Electro House and Drum n Bass styles as well as being responsible for one of the freshest techno tracks on Intec ?Dirty Disco?. His releases have been supported heavily by the likes (amongst others) of DJs Paul Van Dyk, Danny Tenaglia, John Digweed and Ben Sims. In 2007 Jon released an EP on Trevor Rockcliffe?s Mentor label, being the first artist other than Rockliffe to ever appear on the label. A huge Rundell remix of Bad Clock by Sebastien Leger has been hammered by Van Dyk (DJ Mag Top10 track, Essential Mix plays, regular on his Soundgarten show) Jon?s remix of Get What You Paid 4! By Carl Cox featuring Saffron from Republica on vocals was commercially released and charted highly in America?s Billboard charts. Jon's latest release ?The London EP?, including tracks ?Rock? and ?Nemesis? have been in the playlists of many. Heavy support from Van Dyk saw him play no less than two tracks from this EP and 4 others in his recent essential mix (August 2007). Jon continues to balance work, with Djing and is working on some really exciting forthcoming productions. Keep your ear to the ground!

Gig highlights of 2007 really show how far Jon has come over the last year. They have included The Gallery in London, a stop off gig in Jakarta followed by a massive tour at the Future Music Festivals across Australia during March; taking in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Auckland and Sydney and often playing to no less than 20,000 between DJs such as Ferry Corsten, Felix da Housecat and Carl Cox. August 2007 saw Jon play at Live at Loch Lomond Festival in Scotland as well as gracing the decks of the new terrace at Space in Ibiza, for the busiest ever Carl Cox ?King of Clubs? night, Mondaybar in Stockholm and warming things up for Danny Tenaglia on the inside terrace at Dannys? exclusive ?Ace of Clubs? night at Space in Ibiza for a second time in 07.

Things are looking good for Jon, DJ and production wise. On route to Australia in early 2008 Jon will visit the Far East. Jon will then be joining Carl Cox again on tour across Australia, this time for the Big Day Out festivals. First stop is Auckland in NZ, finishing in Perth via the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Jon then plans to concentrate on more production work by getting into the studio with Carl as well as fitting in other DJ bookings across Aus, before flying out to Miami to make his presence at the annual Winter Music Conference.

Born in Trieste on the 21th April 1989, Piergiorgio Calzi aka. Pezze Kazil, recently discovers electronic music and decides to start djing. Although he had a good musical culture that his mother taught him, he finds out his passion for house, tribal and techno music with his dj partner Michele Ciuoffo.

He develops a taste for the musical factor of the tracks that unified with rhythm and good grooves makes him appreciate artists such as Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Vath, etc. and labels such as Cecille, Cadenza, Cocoon, Get Physical, 100%pure, etc.

His sound is currently evolving and he is growing as dj in the area around Trieste and FriuliVeneziaGiulia with his promoter Passion Staff.

Two or 3 turntables and external multieffects is what the italian techno underground Dj Oniks needs to make the crowd jump until the end of the night. Late in the '90s he starts playing some records during raves and afterhours, giving expression to his percussive musical taste and, later on, spinning his sound in many clubs and filling his calendar with gigs in famous Italian festivals. Apperances on an important national radio channel with his program, contribute to improve his name among the Italian clubbers and give him the right motivation to open his own web radio with dj T.Finn.

That's how Robotron Radio gets into life, tuning every day all kinds of techno music and following his ideal of hard sound. In the mean time FUNK YOU Night was born, the famous party managed by the artist himself that finds Oniks as the protagonist with the most important exponents of the global techno scene. Oniks is also known as one of the most important representative djs in the hardtechno & schranz italian scene: his pumping style, his hectic and elegant sets keep Oniks on the wave of clubbing and make him obtain always more success.

The talented boy Flavio Diaz was born in Naples in 1988. Since he was a little child his first passions were the piano and the computers. He grows up listening all types of music but obsessed by videogames melodies building up his iterest for electronic music in particular.
At the age of 15 he falls in love with Techno joining all the big parties in Naples and inspired by many artists like Rino Cerrone, Markantonio, Marco Carola, Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, etc... Day by day just as a game he begins to have his first approachs with music production softwares and in particular electronic music production ones. First exploring the world of experimental electronic music production, but his techno/funk influence was clear to see also in his first tracks ever.
With the time his Dj Sets and his productions were changing, growing the quality and the production methods until he decides in 2007 to go to study "Music Production and Sound Engineering" in two colleges in London, rising up his knowledge and bringin his production skills to very high levels. Soon he signed for many very good Labels in the Techno scene like ANALYTICTRAIL (MARKANTONIO'S LABEL), his first vinyl, receiving a lot of good feedbacks and played by many important dj's like Christian Varela, Xpansul, Rino Cerrone etc...
Soon he is releasing 2 vinyls on LOOSE Rec. (RINO CERRONE'S LABEL) and 1 of it made in the great collaboration with Rino Cerrone, then the "big" WEAVEMUSIC with 2 releases, and RILIS (RINO CERRONE'S LABEL) with a track of Rino Cerrone remixed by Flavio Diaz, MKT (MARKANTONIO'S LABEL) and workin on many other EPs and Remixes.

Starting from the House revolution of the 90s, LCDJ (aka Laurent C dj) passed throughout every single musical genre and trend, playing in almost the most fashionable clubs in the area where he lives (Trieste - Italy), also broadcasting his tunes on a well-known local radio station. During these years his style shifted more and more towards electronic music, with a strong preference for tribal, tech-house, acid and techno grooves.
After a period of relax and self-meditation he's got back on the scene with a boom: opening guest at the electronic music festival Electroblog 2009! Keep your hears open: LCDJ is back and he's here to stay!

At the age of 12, he found out that he likes music. After getting his first pair of turntables, at the age of 13, his destiny was sealed. He fell in love with music and it became a big part of his life. He knew, he wanted to be a DJ. He didn't wait long, to receive an invitation to his first big gig. He had a chance to show his talent to a few hundred people. In 2000 he introduced himself on big Open Air at Bled. After this gig, his career began to rise. Soon after he got his residency in Brooklyn Club Bled.
He played all over Slovenia, on Space night in Celje, pre-festival party in Rabac and also in a few clubs in Austria and Bosnia. He also had a guest mix at radio show "Hisa" on a Radio Belvi.

He was lucky to work with some famous DJs, such as Kevin Saunderson, Umek, Kanzyani, Joe Montana, Virgin Helena, Francesco Colosimo and Troublemen. Because of some unlucky circumstances he was forced to put music up for a while. But that didn't stop him at all.
Now he's trying to get back on scene again, not only as a DJ, but also as a producer. He is full of energy and ideas and has been making music in his home studio for the past three years.

One of his achievements was also second place after voting, on Beatportal's remix contest of Danny Tenaglia's and Celeda's legendary house anthem called Music Is The Answer. In July 2009 he got the oportunity to play in Koper at Disconautica festival. This is a 3 day event where you could also hear some famous DJ's, like Axwell, Roger Shah, Desyn Masiello, Monika Kruse, Ida Engberg and many many others. In September 09 he and his friend DJ Gray took over organising house events in Club Stop, Bled. You can hear them play once a month, along with a star DJ they pick out for the event every month. Now he's preparing to release his first single.

Fonos is a project born in the north-east of Italy (near Venice) by the union of a sound technic and a keyboard player, both djs: Federico Pedron & Stefano Zanin.
Their music influences, born since when they were very young, are accomunated by the passion for the '70 rock, funky music,'80 sound and of course '90 house music and techno.
They have also another project called "RECORDSHOPCOLLECTIVE" with another Italian duo (the L-jems).

Fonos are working with labels such as Workbench, Perplex, Musik gewinnt freunde, Empedo and many others...

Diego Trani, from Gorizia(Italy), went in to the music in 2003. Collecting records especially from techno genre, he started working on what he could do with two turntables and a mixer, performing in various festivals and clubs. His passion for digital and computers led him soon to start producing with a laptop and some plug-in and also to try new technologies and possibilities for play around with stuff.

Diego in 2006 and 2007 spent his time attending a school for sound engineers in Milano where he learned everything he needed to be a musician and a producer of high-level.
At the same time he began his collaboration with intelligently Composed Music which gave him new opportunities to move and perform as a DJ and compared with a caliber of artists including Speedy J. in 2009 through getting in touch with new team members Diego came out with a remix on Funky Intelligence and began some projects with radios and other DJ-producers about radio spots, on-air sessions and new tracks which he is working on today.

I had the luck that I was influenced over the parents and friends who lived abroad by different music styles (rock, jazz, funk, metal, hip hop, reggae, latin, house, Detroit techno ...) As a young boy, I played guitar and finished elementary music school. The reason why I started to work as a DJ is the love of music, and as a kind of entertainment is unique. 1997 I worked at the radio station "Studio A" at that time one of the most popular radio station in city Banja Luka. During 12 years as the interest in electronic music I've gathered a lot of different kinds of music, and that can be felt in my DJ sets. Cooperation with the saxophonist and percussionist who follow my dj-set is often.

I worked in all the important clubs of Banja Luka, and besides that, I toured the rest of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Austria. Of the major names in electronic music, i may include cooperation with names such as Andy Ward, Sergio Flores, Samir Maslo, Tom & Grade, Blacksoul ... I cooperate with the organization 3-A (audio - artist - arragment) from Vienna. Also, i can mention that i worked at the international movie festival's, art exibitions as music coordinator etc...

Marjanovic Milorad also known as Speedy. He was born on June 17th 1989. in Belgrade. Since he was twelve , he was interested in electronic music.He was loocking and collected , legendarious , old-school Techno singles , and played it on local parties. He was watching and listening to famous dee jays from domestic scene , and took an idea to bought decks.Experience from Serbian clubing made new horisontes for him , improved moves , and definited his taste in pure and knowing Techno / Funky / Tribal sound. Later than , Speedy made organization called Funky Criminimalz. Primar purpose of this organization was to join Funky / Techno singles and new production of pure Minimal / Techno in perfect reunion wich be included with pureness moving sound.

After that , in Belgrade , Speedy starts serial of parties " Just Funky " , with his friends and music partners Hristian Stojanowski and Goran Isic , where their guests was greatest musicians like are Boriqua Tribez , Cave , Misjah , Cristian Varela... This serial were accompanied by many crowd
with full of positive energy. Beside that , Speedy plays with names like are : Dejan Milicevic , Mladen Tomic , Concrete Dj'z , Deny Doom , Tech a Tech Dj'z , Party Monsters and many more... During that serial , he starts to work all over region and countries of former Yugoslavia too. In year of 2008. , he starts with digital releases for couple of labels like are Bk Elektroniks , Red Section... Nowdays , Speedy is very busy in his studio place , preparing his first 12 inches release.Watch out for that ! Speedy has two music "guru" masters.First of them is well known Serbian DJ and producer Dejan Milicevic and second is Goran Isic from Serbia , too. Big thanks and respect to them for everything.

Biozuni project Biozuni project born in 2006, takes name from ancient idols of European mitology, to identify 3 artists and personality that acts andtake inspiration form the magic night atmosphere. The fusion of these 3 musical soul, each grown and affected by different genres and sounds, give life to musical productions that pass from groovy and float electrohouse to a minimal contaminated techno-house that actually influences all electro music scene. Three guys Essi J (Sergio Campagna ),Andrea Mocce and Junolab (Valerio Zuffanti) comes from different thinking schools and musical experiences, but in this project they found a rendezvous looking for involved groove and wish to give emotions , always opened at sperimentation and new styles and sounds. Biozuni Live project instead re-invent the modern Live set tryng to go away from the straight sequencies of the classic electronic performance, to present a real synth, fx improvisation Gear that every night paint each other with different music colors.

Ciuoffo's style is very unique: it combines tech house rhythms with tribal, deep, detroit latin, tango, afrobeat. At the age of 11 he buys his first turntables and his career officially starts in 2007 when he wins a dj contest, 1st place for his mixing technique at the official Italian Dj Meeting in FVG.
Then he partecipates at the third edition of the Italian Electroblog festival in 2008 playing before artists like Solomun from the German Diynamic Music. In 2009 he becomes part of 2 important event organizations: Different Grooves, well known in italy, collaborates with many important festivals across Europe and is a reference point for electronic music in the italian scene, and HayMas Events, which is a growing promoter and event organization from Trieste.

Today Ciuoffo performs in dj sets playing vinyl and in LIVE Sets with his collegue Marco Kole, forming a new project called TribalVision, based on live sets with AbletonLive playing our very own samples with 3 laptops, keyboards and controllers in sync.
Michele Ciuoffo always tries to combine mooving, groovy rhythms with melodic instruments creating that tribal latin tech house sound that would be similar to Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano or 2000 and one. He is curently waiting to find the right label to put out his projects succesfully and start his career also as a producer.
